Placing an order is easy at turkiexpress . Here’s how:
- Choose a category, brand or collection from the top navigation menu or search to explore a specific product, category, color, size, season, price by search filters.
- Select “Choose an option” the size and/or color of your item and click ‘Add to basket’.
- Once you have finished adding your items, click on ‘view cart’ and proceed to checkout by clicking ‘PROCEED TO CHECKOUT’.
- Simply enter your email address to proceed. Enter your address and payment information to place your order.
- Once your purchase is confirmed, it will be carefully prepared and shipped to you. We’ll be sure to keep you updated every step of the way by E-mail.
All orders are filed within 5 – 7 business days. We have customized rates with our courier, DHL or TNT , we ship anywhere in the GLOBE to your step door,
turkiexpress accepts returns only in the following cases:
- The product arrives in a damaged condition,
- Or The product does not match the requested one
In this situation, you should report the issue to us within two hours of order delivery, and turkiexpress will investigate the case, and in case it is accepted, then turkiexpress will ask you to return the product to its headquarter, or keep the product for you, and you get a coupon with the same product amount, and you in turn can re-order the same product or order another one.
Unlike the previous two cases, turkiexpress does not accept returns of products as the companies policy is clear in this regard.
